Hot chilli pepper flesh

The “husks” are obtained by eliminating the peduncle and seeds from the hot chilli pepper. We eliminate the skin and obtain the product’s flesh by applying rehydration.

Then they are stored in different packing formats and containers which are subjected to a thermal treatment without any additives, preservatives nor artificial colouring. This is all done with state-of-the-art machinery and technology. A completely natural product.
